Yeah I stopped watching it when e said r's because I know that's not true. The cls is lighter shorter an wider not only this but the reviews have all stated the cls handles better has better turn in and can producer a higher G than the m5, so really I don't understand where he's coming from with this. And btw this was the cls WITHOUT performance package and it still won the drag race at the end even though it had a bad start, started late , and has less bhp.

Actually, the two videos showing the new M5 against AMGs, the M5 launched before both the AMGs, so it was pretty unfair. In this one, the CLS caught up very nicely though after the unfair start.

Those things are what makes BMW's almost perfect as far as weight distribution is concerned. Thats why its more agile and able to corner better, thus, making the car feel "lighter" as a result. They weigh almost the same, its just the classic MB vs. BMW arguement. Which is more important for each individual, straight speed or track speed? Either way their both amazing.
