  • Crop circles!!!!!!!

  • im trying to figure out how to make a 3d world effect type of drawer for your apps, like when you press home, a globe of apps show up, i got the idea from a verizon ad....any1 know how, seen the ad, or have a download for something like that

  • Too bad this OS can't be used to play games..its awesome.

  • Ubuntu is as slow, if not slower than 95. It also consumes a massive amount of ram and uses a gutload of CPU.

  • @Krisando erm....I am afraid that Ubuntu runs MUCH faster than Windows XP on my machine. Runs idle at about 300mb of ram, takes up about 5gb. Seriously, either you are just trying to get us aggravated, or you are completely ignorant and ill informed.

But hey, If you would like to try out Ubuntu, Kubuntu or Linux Mint contact me on here through a message and I will hook you up. I think you would see a huge change since your last try (if you had one).

  • @Krisando Sound like theres something wrong with your system/installation. Oh, and compare the feature set of each OS... And anyway, W7 & Ubuntu 10.10 would be a more valid comparison...

  • aaa sabemos que ubuntu es mejor que windows

  • This video is good

can anyone help me to find a solution to add those red box comments to a video? I'm desperately looking for a tool like that

    Thanks.

  • its the annotate feature in youtube. you dont need any spl tool for that. try uploading a vid, u'll find out :)

  • @titemel1981 after you upload a video, click it to play it. and on the top of the video there is a box that will say "toggle annotations editor" or something like that. just click that and you can add those box things to your vid.

  • I would like to know how you add those red boxed comments in your videos? Could someone please help me?

  • rsrsr first login to your account youtube.painel right button video.edit video, click the video and add subtitles

  • how can i do it without having to go through youtube? is there a software? I have a couple of videos on my harddrive and would like to not have to upload them in order to edit them ...

  • sorry, but i cant see the point. looks terribly inconvenient to use.

  • You haven't used it.

GNOME+Do is a must for any GNOME user.

The Circular Menu, yeah, there's no point really, since GNOME+Do is a launcher . . . But if the guy likes it, hey, must work for him.

  • I don't use gnome-do anymore but I used to. Prefer kupfer now as it is not built using horrible entity that is mono. kupfer is much more light weight and responsive than do ever was

  • Hate to be a mono-lover, but the best GNOME projects out there are all mono.

And mono devs are usually much more active in their projects as well.

I have to say, I think mono is pretty cool all around.

    M$ sucks, sure. But mono ain't M$.

  • True, mono is an implementation of a microsoft spec, but the mono is definitely open source

  • Agree. I'm watching this thinking, Yeah it looks cool - but why not summon 'Do' and launch from there? Simples. lol

  • looks really nice, ps. use the "Dust" firefox theme from the dust theme wiki to make firefox match :)

  • thanks for the tips

  • qual é este wallpaper?

  • That wallpaper come with Wild Shine Theme from the Bisigi repository for Ubuntu.
