i still dont understand one thing :

- when does meiosis happen ? is it on the sex cell ? or when for example a baby starts to be formed ?

@drkcrstl As far as I know, meiosis happens in only two kinds of cells- the production of the egg cell and the sperm cell because those cells contain only 23 chromosomes so the cells need to be replicated in a different way as they are the only ones to be haploid.
