The first time I was on wave 10 I was about 80 combat, I was going for torso and it took me so many tries to kill the queen. A few days ago I went to get the penance gloves, got to the queen and we killed it so easily, killed her twice that day.

Yes. You get to choose from a number of things, but you get the most points throughout the rounds not just the queen. Look it up on the knowledge base it has all the rs knowledge!
