The bill of rights wasn't initially in the contitution either, brainiac. Health care will become a right as soon as the people (E. pluibus unim!) decide it is a right and should be included. Until then 45,000 americans will die needlessly each year.
I just hope your insurance works as touted when you need it: for some, it doesn't & insurance companies routinely deny claims even as their CEO's make obscenely enormous salaries & bonuses.
