he did but its so outta tune that it is kinda sad. he prob did it by ear. its in drop c do he has to tune it down but he dident do it witha tuner. u can tell if u play guitar ald u listen closley that its outta tune

You're doing it wrong. You're supposed to drop the string down 1 full step, not going more than an octave up.

The tuning is in Drop C for sure which is what i was in.

No not you. I'm talking about Closman8896. You can't break your g-string by down-tuning, unless he has a floyd rose and started with the top strings and therefor increased the tension in the g-string.

Same happened to me.

Tuning your 6th string down 2 full steps raises tension in the other strings significantly.. By the time you've tuned 6th, 5th and 4th down the 3rd (G) just can't take it.

Giving each string a couple of turns down before you start tuning it in should help, but just keep an eye on them with your tuner as your going.
