it would probably be the same in difficulty where ever you put them. You just have to find a clear suitable area and make shure you have allowed enough wire but keep it out of the way of the cartridge slot, switches and case screw holes!
Sweet modification man! That's amazing. I don't know that i'd be able to get into the guts of my Genesis unless I bought a spare. Do North American games work in that one as well? I had no idea about the Japanese writing language selector -- that's so friggin cool!
I think you can also play Australian PAL games and maybe if Brazilian games are PAL, then those too? :)

USA genesis games
Japanese Megadrive games
UK PAL Megadrive games
and any over games from other possible regions just by rearranging the switches. Il make another video about it
