  • cops wonder why every body fucking hates em!

  • This cop only got 2 years. There's a guy in Illinois who's facing 75 years for recording a cop on his cell phone. We are giving too much power to the government, because they're doing shit like this.

  • This hearts my heart, no matter what people say somebodys son was killed, reguardless of accident or not a taser should not have even been pulled when it was 4 cops on one man that's already down. A black man would get more time for getting found with marijuana than what this cop did for actually taking a life...smh

  • He thought it was his tazer. That is why the officers let go of him and jumped up first.

  • So what makes you people assume that the guy on the ground did not pull a gun on them?

  • @Spoksy he was unarmed, idiot. do your research. totally unarmed. the cop murdered him for no reason.

  • Comment removed

  • @Spoksy <<<ur one dumb muthafucka, did the video show that?

  • @Spoksy Why put a tazer on someone who had a gun?

Why didn't a single officer not only present a gun but say one was pulled in the first place?

Also if a man is lying on his belly with 4 highly trained officers subduing him, if he was able to get his gun off those cops desirved to be shot. Think about it! Who would you want to come to help you? Four enept cops with itchi trigger fingers or people who'd rather help than to murder unarmed civilians?

  • It's cops like these guys who had me having a second thought about my dream of being a law enforcement.

  • Oscar Grant was a leech to society anyway, i feel no sympathy for his family at all. He deserved to be put down like the animal he was, officer had to do what he had to do.

  • @03156459 you are clearly a leech to society to say something like this. You don't even know him. If it happened to someone in your family you would speak differently. God help your soul.

  • @liljeromebettis He was a criminal, in and out of jail he was, wasting my tax dollars! If someone like Oscar Grant was a kin of mine, I would shoot them myself. And there probably is no God, sorry you poor fuck! :)

  • @03156459 What about the people who are wrongfully convicted?

Your also leaving out the fact that people of color are %90 more likely to be convicted by law enforcment than others. For example, wall street coke heads/prostitution parties, child molesters (Sanduski, catholic priests) white collar crimes, embezzelment, tax evasion etc.

Whites don't pay taxes anyways. Should all tax evaders be put to death or just people who are convicted of victimless crimes?

  • @liljeromebettis im not commenting on the shoot or what happened here just the fact that if this man never lived the life he did he would have never been in the position to be shot in the first place, if it happened to someone in my family who lived a similar life i would accept the fact they knew the risk that life lead. i cant be sad for the blind leading themselves into their own troubles

  • @ReGo001 Wow if your thinking was actually put into pratice everyone would be labled a criminal of some type and should be murdered in some way.

    For shame!

  • Glad he got released! Woot!

  • I'm just astounded at what I'm seeing, like tbird123able says "What an incredibly cowardly thing to do .... to shoot an unarmed man lying on the ground"

  • i cant believe he only got 2 years......... truly a disgrace to humanity

  • @Maverick5588 Not just 2 years, 2 years with double credit for time served. Total was 492 days.

  • I fucking hate cops

  • sha lis

  • What an incredibly cowardly thing to do .... to shoot an unarmed man lying on the ground.

Andy had a very good rason for making Barney keep his single bullet away from his gun, tucked safely in his top shirt pocket. We, as a society, have really got to start changing laws and establishing real accountability for police. There are too many Barneys out their with something to prove.

  • The sad reality is that if somebody had never captured that on video, it is highly likely that the other "officers" would have covered for him. They, likely, would have fabricated some sort of story that could justify the shooting. The code of silence that infests the custody and law enforcement mindset is strong and insidious.

  • @denniscook123 woah shit, thats dark

  • @denniscook123

    0_0 KILL....EVERYONE!

  • It's sad. As much as I believe that today's law enforcement officials have over stepped their bounds in arresting those for petty crimes (drinking w/out driving offenses, possession of marijuana), I actually think this officer didn't mean to withdraw his service weapon.

  • @usernasc3974 Haha like what? Drive around in circles on your farm bike.

  • @usernasc3974 hahahaha, your timing is perfect. You give me a good chuckle before I go to work. You just keep digging that hole with your replies don't ya. (surprise, surprise, you're a racist too). Check out my YT uploads buddy, I train in MMA. As for your uploads....

  • @usernasc3974 What the fuck are you on about?

  • @usernasc3974 Me the dreamer? Listen to yourself. hahahaha that made my day thanks.

  • @usernasc3974 Now I see what everyones on about. You're a fucking sheep buddy. I hope you make it to the police force and some gangsters blow your fucking head off.

  • Injustice at it's finest. And the filthy fuck only got 2 years!

I hope he got fucked up hard in jail. Burn you piece of shit.

  • definitely an accident but fuck the cops anyway

  • men if i would be there wit a gun i would shoot this officer straight.

  • bitch ass copz cuzzz

  • @jettech510 Your posts over several boards simply illustrate your ignorance of the Grant case, and your utter lack of sense or intelligence overall. Bravo, please keep proving your ignorance and stupidity.

  • @usernasc3974 so the douche only got probation...man thats a travesty of justice....if it was anyone else...whether on purpose or not...extreme negligence..shit a citizen can accidentally kill someone with their car and get more punishment for vehicular homicide..its just wrong and it shows corruption in the courts and the good ol boy/ brotherhood syndrome...ITs wrong........

  • @232323C as far as it being jury.....he gets legal help and star testimony...they bust their butts to get him off on just probation..Play the oh he faces danger as a cop card.......yadda yadda........travesty of justice

  • @232323C He got two years, not probation. He is a convicted felon and his career is over, for an accident. I feel he deserves prison, but how much time should the dad who accidentally shot his son get? Accidents get punished much differently than intentional acts. Yes, you can get more than two years for vehicular homicide if you are intoxicated. If you simply confuse the gas and brake, likely you will not even be charged. Had Mehserle been intoxicated and confused his weapons, different story.

  • @ssn708 well, i cannot appoint myself judge and jury here. I agree with your words.I guess it's just overall frustration with police aggression which occurs a lot. I am not talking about this case particularly. Let's forget this one but other cases where the officers are just belligerent from the get go. A stressful day is no excuse. It's their aggressive attitude. . as for this case I won't pass any more judgement. I am just angry to see it occur at all. your words are wise

  • @232323C Oh, I agree. I run into the problem all of the time of being accused of defending the cop or being a cheerleader for police. I am quite aware of the abuses committed by police on a daily basis, and it is sickening. I am hoping to become a civil rights attorney to help people overcome injustice and abuses of power.

  • @ssn708 wow I salute your sense of social justice and desire to actively make a difference.. Thank you for caring and for what difference you will make one day. We all need to be active and care for others. A civil attorney...Awesome! I have the utmost respect for you......;O)

  • Comment removed

  • @usernasc3974 seems we have met in the middle.......I can agree to that...peace

  • Comment removed

  • @232323C i want to say though I don't necessarily believe it was an accident.....i don't know though for sure so I can't judge

  • @usernasc3974 we all saw what happened we don't need someone to come along afterwards and interpret it for us like some football game or better yet a situation to be reinterpreted to avoid prosecution..Of course there is always the REMOTE possibility he thought it was taser but I put the odds at that around 1 in a 100. How stupid could he be to make a mistake like that..Their trained and should know better so at best its negligent homicide and i bet he got off totally . I don't buy it

  • Comment removed

  • @ssn708 well i was gonna stop posting... but i thinks it's more fun pissing you off... DUCK YOU!!!

  • @happy420xxx You have no ability to piss me off. Ignorance and stupidity do not piss me off, they just show you to be a complete and utter moron. Feel free to keep posting and prove it over and over again.

  • @ssn708 SUPER!!! so anyway just STFU, i have nothing more to say to you so please just stop writing me gay love comments... i'm not that way and your not that lucky... FUCK YOU!!!

  • @happy420xxx What an ignorant piece of shit you are. Thanks for posting and proving it again and again! I will not "STFU" on a discussion board. You have nothing more to say? You are finally going to stop proving your ignorance with every post? Outstanding!

  • @ssn708 there is really no way to prove if something is an accident or not... but i really don't think that you just shoot someone on accident... and a trained police man should know where his taser is on his belt... FUCK YOU!!! you filthy pig fucker...

  • @happy420xxx Absolutely there is a way to prove is something is an accident or not, and this was proven to be just that, an accident. You simply lack any base intelligence to comprehend that.

  • Comment removed

  • At first i thought it was fucked up but i realize it was a mistake. Oscar Grants friend even testified saying the cop said hes going to tase him. And look at the shock on the cops face when his firearm goes off. He didnt mean it. But it's still messed up that the guy that shot his own tv may get 10 years and this cop is only getting 2

  • @ssn708 do you do anything more then think of dumb shit to say??? dude i don't give a fuck what you or n e body else says, it was not an accident... FUCK YOU!!!

  • @happy420xxx If you don't give a shit what people say, then stay off didcussion boards. It was proven beyond contradiction to be an accident, only dipshits like yourself without a modicum of common sense or research skills believe otherwise, so FUCK YOU! You fucking moron.

  • that was so not an accident... the fucking cop was trying to get it unholstered for a quick minute and the waited at least three seconds before actually pulling the trigger...

  • @happy420xxx The cop yanked several times on what he thought was his taser. Had he thought it was his gun he would not have yanked even once, he would have undone the safety strap and drawn his weapon. 3 seconds? Less than 2 from the time he drew it to the firing of the shot, while in the process of standing up. Yes, it was an accident, that is a proven fact. But I suppose you know better than the witnesses, the firearms experts, the judge, & the jury, all from sitting at home watching youtube.

  • wow that is awful..did he survive?

  • @pinchmynipple1988 No, he died. The bullet ricocheted against the ground and pierced his lung.

  • OMG !!!!! This .... For everyone who has something to say.... Say Nothing~ Do Something!

  • @Focusedthought Words are the most dangerous weapons we can wield.

  • Was there any need to fucking shoot! you police need to be fired and put in prison and to get the shit kicked out of you to see how you like it you bunch of pricks!!!!!!!!! does anybody agree? that was somebodys little boy who he just shot

  • I heard that this Bart Police Officer just had a new born son last year. I believe in what the Bible says "an eye for an eye"

Oscar Grant little girl is without her daddy now...it's only right then if the Bart Police Officer's child was to DIE also. How about if one of Grant's family member KILL that kid? That would be fair and it would even it out & both sides would have justice

A LIFE FOR A LIFE. THAT'S WHY JESUS A PERFECT MAN HAD TO DIE ON BEHALF OF US TO BY BACK WHAT ADAM LOST

  • @FabolousLova You are a sick person and you need help. Calling for the death of someone's kid for a mistake? First, eye for an eye is old testament, try looking at the new. Second, no one killed Oscar Grant's little girl, so your comparison is flawed. Oscar Grant was a violent career criminal who was resisting arrest. Mehserle's child is innocent. You are seriously fucked up.

  • To those of you (like vidarjens) who accuse me of defending the cop Mehserle, I have stated from the beginning that Oscar Grant did not deserve to die, that Mehserle's actions were criminal and absolutely he deserves prison time. He was an idiot cop who killed someone because he panicked and didn't confirm which weapon he drew. That deserves prison, absolutely. I would never defend Mehserle, I only defend the truth. Mehserle intended to tase Grant, and that has been definitively proven in court.

  • You don't fire a stun gun! You fire a gun! That police officer deserves death and anything less will not suffice!!!

  • @Yae391 Yes, you fire a taser. It has a rubberized grip (just like his gun) and a trigger (just like his gun). Try looking things up before posting, would you?

  • go back to sleep. Your government is in control. Turn your TV on and relax. Soon we will all forget about this unruly citizen.

  • looks like murder to me, that cop meant to kill that kid, keep video taping the cops they're even bigger crooks, they just have a badge to hide behind....

  • grown man fighting with police when he has a baby and it's mom at home. doesn't excuse the cop, but look at this generation of fools who won't grow up. hanging out and fighting like they are in high school. he should have been home with his family.

  • Don't tell me that he's dead? hope not.

  • Dumb Imbeciles(Police) should just rot in HELL ,

How can you love them How can you.

  • Fucking cops. Each time I see one die in the line of duty, I get a warm feeling

  • this is some fucked up shit!

  • cops are ASSES

  • Tasers seem like a good non-lethal method but then that seems to give more justification to using them when they are actually lethal to some. If they didn't have them then this guy may have just got billy clubbed instead of by mistake.

  • thats some fucked up shit.

  • black haters...

  • is there a video of the trial

  • Nothing I have said on this or any other board is in any way an attempt to justify Mehserle's actions. He was criminally negligent and it resulted in death. Oscar Grant did not deserve to die, and officer Mehserle deserves jail time. I only mean to dispell false information. Grant was not handcuffed. Grant did resist arrest. Grant had a history of resisting arrest. Officer Mehserle intended to fire a taser. This was avoidable, on BOTH sides!

  • @ssn708

Im pretty sure he was restrained...what leads you to believe he was not?

  • @colecal7 The simple fact was that he was not handcuffed. This isn't the best video, you can find many more on youtube. People assume since he was rigid, he was cuffed. When you get shot, all your muscles lock up, like being electrocuted. When they roll Grant over, you can see his left arm is in front of him. After they roll him on his back, he takes his right arm out from behind him. Then he props himself up with his right arm and reaches up with his left. Impossible for him to have been cuffed

  • shit man. did he die?

  • @joezzzzzy Yes, Oscar Grant died. The bullet pierced his lung and he died.

  • I live in Santa Rosa, I know all about this, FUCK THE POLICE!!! You fucking pussies have someone to be handcuffed lying on their stomach and shoot them then say "he was struggling and I pulled my gun on accident, i meant to use my taser.." FUCKING BULLSHIT!!! PUNK ASS Oakland Police, I hope MORE than 400 of you DO get laid off!!!

  • @imnotreallytupac Why do people keep spreading this false information that Oscar Grant was handcuffed? He most assuredly was NOT handcuffed. Had he allowed himself to be handcuffed this never would have happened. I am not saying the shooting was OK, but this is false information.

  • @ssn708 He DEFINATELY was handcuffed!! It was on the news and in the paper, police admitted that he was handcuffed, and his bestfriends said he was handcuffed because they were too and they were besides him.. your the one spreading FALSE information around, so give it a rest, you sound like your supporting bitch ass faggot Johannes Merserle!! Go jump off the Golden Gate Bridge and drown faggot!!

  • @imnotreallytupac No, he DEFINITELY was NOT handcuffed! You are spreading a complete lie. Police never admitted any such thing. There are several videos that show quite clearly that Grant was not handcuffed. When they roll him over, his left arm is in front of him, his right arm is BEHIND HIM. IMPOSSIBLE that he was cuffed. Then, he props himself up on his right arm, while reaching up with his left. IMPOSSIBLE that he was cuffed. Do some research, you dumb fuck.

  • @imnotreallytupac Pretty pathetic to wish death on someone who is simply clearing up lies and misconceptions. It proves you have no worth as a human being.

  • For all the arguing and hate it still don't bring back an innocent life from death. All in all only god will know why that cop really killed that man. Now here an idea i have been running through my head. What if all those people (bystanders) decided to take justice into there own hands and slay those cops; just the same as any cop would do if some regular joe (esp a black man) were to shoot one of their (COP) own. Would the crowd be wrong to take justice in their hands to defend freedom?

  • @Tamayo1980 hes a oakland cop, have you been to oakland? if not you should know all the cops have power trips and this happens ALOT but this time they had evidence so they couldnt say he was "resisting arrest", normally they do so at least his family knows wat really happened. same shit happened to my homeboy Deante, it happens

  • What a pile of evil crap.

If the dumb ass cop can't tell the difference between a gun and a taser he shouldn't have either.

No sale - America is FUCKED !

  • do these officers normally carry their weapons with a round chambered? i'd be willing to bet that department policy forbids it until the weapon is actually needed (for safety reasons). if the cop pulled out what he "thought" was a taser, and then racked the slide to chamber a round, this would prove that he knew his firearm was in his hand and not the taser. it would also prove premeditation on his part. you can't really see it in the video. i wonder if this came up at the trial.

  • @sssbob ALL cops ALWAYS have one in the chamber.

  • Just a another piece of trash is now maggot food. Good riddance!

  • @queueupladeez your time and your childrens time will come too. Just like the saying goes, what goes around will come around! karma is a Bitch

  • This cop will be back on the job to do the same thing 1000 more times and make up the same story to keep getting away with it. You live here at your OWN risk. No special treatment. No wonder it's slowly submerging under quicksand faster than anyone cares to face. Note: If you're highly offended by racists, don't be an idiot wasting your time complaining feeling it's wrong, darnit just get the fuck out of CA. It's not here to accomodate you.

  • @goatseforever I'm hoping that this was truly an accident, but the idea that the man needed to be tasered after being cuffed shows an obvious excessive use of force. 1st degree murder is pre-meditated, this was a retard with a badge. Only a red-neck, bigoted, cross burning lunatic who (according to your screen name) most likely has sex with goats exclusively could come up with the above statement. There is a special hot spot in hell waiting for you and your type

  • @Pelletierap I stopped reading after red-neck, as I am not white. Nice try though, niggerlover.

  • This is no mistake! How many cops are present? There was no need for even a taser!!! I find it hard to believe that a cop cant tell the difference between a gun or a taser! If you have ever held both - you would know that there is no mistake!

  • omg it was a mistake he was going against the law so they were going to taze hime and he pull out of the wrong holster

  • cop will be killed in jail. FACT.

  • if you look at the cops reaction it is likely true what he said that he only intended to tase him, this is a tragedy.

  • @jsheehan100 Ah, he couldn't tell the difference between a taser and his side arm, I don't think so.

  • only a white pig he wont last long

  • Execution isnt involuntary

  • Poor judgement; poor training; an officer who probably regrets he didn't call in sick that day; and a punk asking for trouble and getting more than he deserved.

    Murder? Don't think so.

Justifiable Killing? No, don't agree with that either.

Looks like a bad combination all gone wrong.

  • On looking at all the evidence I could read about this over the internet I'v concluded that the cop believed he was pulling his taser gun out and not the hand gun.

  • @boscoesarmy I would have to agree considering how all the officers, including the one that fired the bullet, looked immediately after. The officer puts his gun away and puts his hands to his face. Police brutality? Yes. Murder? Manslaughter.

  • cold blooded execution you know how i know that its f$*&%ng simple he cock the gun put the bullet in the barrel and shot him as we all know you dont need to cock the taser gun BLOODY MURDER .

  • That was one hell of a MISFIRE!!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • kill all cops

  • Eye liked this video because a PAMF gets his just reward. Ya'll go home and behave yurselves boys. Gick gick gick. Too bad so sad. Oscar is in hell now gnashing his teeth in brimstone and hellfire. Tee hee hee!

  • F.T.P.

  • lolol

    The land of the free.

    Greetings from Germany!

  • Comment removed

  • it took the fucking cop a few seconds once he pulled his gun from his belt to adjust his firearm and then fire it............this is FUCKING MURDER..

  • 187 on da muthafuckin pigs! FUCK DA COPS

  • Ouch! I don't usually believe the police brutality claims, but this video sure looks like the cop really screwed up big time.

  • fucking executed him

  • everyday there are innocent whites who are murdered and harrassed by blacks and yet you never hear about white people rioting. there was an unarmed man in philadelphia who was beaten to death by a group of black teenagers and most of them will be out of jail by their 21st birthday. blacks need to wake up and realize that one isolated accident is not nearly as bad as the persecution of whites by inner city blacks

  • He shot an unarmed restrained man in the back, killing him. involuntary manslaughter...oh ok...the differences between a gun and a tazer are pretty obvious (weight for one). You don't get to make this kind of mistake and blame it on "the heat of the situation" I take solace from the fact that this semi-cops' time in prison will not be pleasant.

  • @colecal7: How do you what the weight and grip difference between a gun and a tazer is? Have you ever arrested a felon having a bunch of people shouting at you? When that adrenaline flows and you know that you are in a dangerous life-threatening situation, your perception, judgment, vision, and everything changes. The officer made a mistake due to POOR POLICE TRAINING and mistaking his firearm for his taser, it's more common that you would think. No "hate crime" or "police brutality" here.

  • @Robertjcksn40

I have held both...the weight difference between a standard issue 9mm with 9/12 rounds and a tazer is significant. And there's little point in arguing over what aspects of the situation he (the officer) should have recognized...the point is he shot a man in custody. There is no "adrenaline" flowing in that situation. Not when the suspect is bound and outnumbered 5-1.. No one claimed this was a hate crime or instance of police brutality...he shot a man and he should pay the price.

  • @colecal7 First, it was a .40 cal not a 9mm. Second, how can you say there is no adrenaline? Were you there? There were 2 suspects cuffed (neither being Grant) 2 suspects not restrained, a train full of drunk party goes yelling at the cops, several of whom approached officers, refused their orders, and one even attacked a cop (seen from several videos shot from the right hand side). It was at the same moment another officer was attacked that officer Mehserle pulled what he thought was a taser

  • @colecal7 with all the adrenaline rushing do you think the officer is really going to stop and think about how much the gun weighs in comparison to another?

  • @deshuiasd You are 100% right. I can't believe how many people post this exact same thing "The taser and gun don't weigh the same". As if this means he had to know it was his gun. It's called panic. Easy to say you would know the difference when you will never be in that situation. Gotta love youtube.

  • @ssn708 fuckin troll. go home little bitch

  • @vidarjens You're still here? I figured that by now you would have looked up during a rain storm and drowned! Still nothing intelligent to add, I see. Either contribute to the discussion, or stop embarrassing yourself.

  • @ssn708 hey shitbag, your funny!! ha ha i have nothing to be embarrassed about dumbass. You still think this was an accident, bahhhh bahhhhh bahhhhhh. ha ha fuckin sheep ha ha

  • @vidarjens You do have something to be embarrassed about, you're just not bright enough to realize. Your ignorance, inability to do anything but insult, and your lack of any coherent argument should be embarrassing, but you just don't have the mental capacity to understand. This was an accident. But you, an uneducated jackass watching a youtube video, know so much more than the jury who had all the evidence, all the testimony, and all the proof. How does your brain generate the power to type?

  • @ssn708 give it a rest you worthless sorry excuse of a vet. I am bright enough to smell bs and i have balls enough to call you on it. some accident, go preach to some sheeple, im not ever going to buy your line of bs, dirty troll. Because that is what it is total BS. cant you just admit the guy made a mistake and needs to be punished for his actions? your dishing plenty of insults out, your no saint so dont act like one! So buck up when you get a little back! pussy

  • @vidarjens You are obviously not bright enough to do some research, otherwise you would know that everything I have said is fact. You are obviously not bright enough to actually counter any single point I have made, so instead of discussing rationally as an adult, you insult like a pathetic child. A troll is someone who attempts to harm those who have been affected by tragedy. Putting out verifiable facts to dispell BS is not trolling,it is the responsible thing to do when confronted with morons

  • @ssn708 how is it a mistake? there is a big difference between a 40 cal or 9mm vs a tazer gun. this is the biggest reason why your claims are bs. your obviously a brainwashed idiot trained or greatly influenced by the education and media that cops can do no wrong. your outnumbered here, anyone with a brain is calling bs that it was a mistake. obviously that he is unqualified to be a cop, the camera busted this guys ass, and it would have been covered up no ?s asked, but the cam caught him

  • @vidarjens Let's see, there is the fact that he yelled out "Fuck this I am tasing him" to which Grant replied "Don't tase me". There is a weight difference between the M26 and the sig sauer, but both have black rubberized handles. That is all he saw or felt. My claims are far from BS, they are PROVEN FACT. So what if I am outnumbered? So was Pythagoras when he said the Earth was round. Most on youtube have done literally zero research before posting. I have, and the facts prove what I have said.

  • @vidarjens Everything I have said is a fully verifiable fact.I would be happy to prove any single thing I have said that you wish to try and counter.Don't wimp out and say "everything",be specific, and I will give you specific proof of literally every single thing I have said.It is all out there, easily verifiable if you just get up and look, instead of just believing what you want to believe, and ignoring the truth. It's just easier for you to simply bury your head and insult those who don't agree.

  • @ssn708 verified by who? verified in your fucked up little brain? There is a big difference in the weight between a tazer and a firearm. It was intentional and that is the proof. um sorry officer i thought the red light was green. yea i know how well that would go over with a pig, but when you switch the tables around you give the officer the benefit of the doubt.

  • @vidarjens Proving again you have no ability to discuss this, and nothing to counter with AT ALL. There's a weight difference, just like there is a pressure difference between a brake and gas pedal, yet they get confused all the time. It's called panic. You don't rationally think "Hey, this is a bit light to be my gun" when you panic. I've asked you time and again to list something I have said you think is false, you can't, since it's all verifiable fact. I am no fan of the cops, just the truth.

  • @vidarjens Verified means verified through legitimate news sources, court transcripts, public records searches, arrest records, etc.. That's what people who actually research things do, they do some leg work. They do not just make an ignorant assumption off of a youtube video, like you and those like you have so obviously done. They bother to look up verifiable, legitimate facts from proven sources, which is what I have done. You know literally nothing about the case and you prove it every post.

  • @ssn708 legitimate news sources? court transcripts? arrest records? are you that fucking stupid? you expect people with a brain to buy that bs? especially when you can see it with your own eyes. people with a brain dont have to look at news sources? court transcripts and phony arrest records. they can process what they see with their own brain. of course that might be hard for you to understand. ha ha

  • @vidarjens Am I that stupid? Are you that stupid to believe Mehserle shouted "Fuck this, I am tasing him" to cover his intent, masked his actions to be consistant with one firing a taser (and not with one firing a gun),stood up to give everyone a good view, shot Grant in a completely non-vital area of the back, calculated the ricochet to pierce his lung & kill him, then faked a reaction of shock, just to execute someone he never met and had nothing against, in front of a trainload of witnesses? Sure.

  • @ssn708 if a operator doesnt know the difference between a gas pedal and a brake pedal, he shouldnt be behind the wheel of any type of machine. just like this murdering unprofessional cop doesnt need to have a badge and a gun.

  • @vidarjens Your post has just more than proven my point, so THANK YOU!!!! The point is that EVERYONE knows the difference between the pedals. The differences are blatantly obvious. It is not a question of knowing. It is a question of the way the mind and body function when in a state of panic. Normal, intelligent human beings panic and confuse the two. It happens dozens of times or more per year.Does that mean they intentionally killed the people they hit? Thanks for proving my point so perfectly!

  • @ssn708 ive never been confused with the brake or the gas even in a panic situation, i dont see your point. there was no reason for a tazer to be drawn, a gun is out of the question. the only point it proves is that cops in general make little issues into big issues. It is legal for a cop to lie and intimidate. what kind of piece of shit does this line of work?

  • @vidarjens I love your other post saying "Your a moron". You can't even spell or use proper grammar, yet you call me a moron. That is so rich. When insulting someone's intelligence, try to make sure your post is not filled with numerous spelling errors. It helps keep you from looking like a complete idiot, as you do with every post.

Furthermore saying he is a murderer regardless of if it was an accident further proves your ignorance. Accidents can not be murders, by their very definitions.

  • @ssn708 the only point you have proven, is that your a brainwashed idiot that doesnt know the difference in weight between the two objects. Your defending a felony murdering cop that would have gotten away with murder completely clean, but cameras were rolling, even thought they tried to confiscate the camera footage, there was still other raw footage of the incident that was taken by people on the train.

  • @vidarjens Anyone who looks over your posts will see the truth and decide for themselves. I repeat again, you have not been able to counter anything I have said, as everything I have said is an independently verifiable fact. Felony? Yes, involuntary manslaughter is a felony. But it is not murder. That is the only true thing you have said.

  • @ssn708 your a well known troll defending police, i hope people read all the post, they will realize, you dont want to face the facts. A TAZER IS NOT A GUN, its different in almost every form. This was intentional. There may not be justice delivered in this life, but that murdering cop will burn in hell

  • @vidarjens You're (not your) a well known moron who can not debate facts, only insult like a school yard bitch. A troll is someone who looks to cause emotional damage to those suffering a tragedy. Far from what I am doing, all I am doing is presenting FACTS, ones that are easily verifiable. This was NOT an intentional killing, as was proven in court. Mehserle yelled "fuck this, I'm tasing him". HIs actions were consistant with firing a taser and not a gun.

  • @vidarjens (Continued from below) The M26 taser and Sig Sauer firearm both have black rubberized handles, which is all Mehserle would see when holstered, and all he would feel when grabbing to draw the weapon. The difference in weight is the only difference he could have noticed. He did not look to verify which he was grabbing, and that is very clearly negligent, not intentional. I am sorry that you lack the mental capacity to grasp these concepts, maybe when you are a little older.

  • @vidarjens Also, please provide any independent proof of your assertion police tried to confiscate videos. You say this, others say this on these boards, but there is no evidence of this whatsoever. In fact, I have seen two videos shot from the platform, where the person shooting the video is talking with cops after the train rolled away. Obviously, no one tried to confiscate their cameras. There is no video of anyone trying to confiscate cameras, no evidence whatsoever.

  • @ssn708 ive seen it on you tube, you look it up. its there. Unless you tube has removed it. but ive seen the video, the cops took the cameras of all the people in the bustop, but they didnt get the footage from the people on the train. ha ha if that isnt evidence enough that they made an effort to cover it up. They made false police reports about what happened then the videos came out, why do you think people are pissed off. just like the shit that went down in vancouver bc airport murder

  • @vidarjens Most witnesses were on the train that left immediately after the shooting, and the only 2 videos shot from the 7-8 people total on the platform were not confiscated, they are on youtube. You have made a false statement, now either prove it, or piss off already.

  • @vidarjens Oh yeah, youtube removed it. Riiiight. I have done an extensive search and I can say with reasonable certainty I have seen every single youtube video showing the fruitvale bart station January 1st, 2009. There is NO video of police confiscating cell phones, unless you are talking about the two or three they picked up off the ground to determine who THREW THEM at the officers, but there was no officer taking phones from witnesses.
