LOL.. pretty good commentary and dropping in the emo pic was pretty funny. Definitely an epic powerlifting workout, the secret on the hottest powerlifting gym in South Florida is now out. Special thanks to AJ for his help and coaching.. the weight and form is not fully there yet, but it's much improved from what it was :D It's a shame the WII tennis blowout wasn't recorded. By end of year I should probably be caught up to you on ebnch and blowing away your PC.
