If you wanna look up this type of music you should YouTube the words "hijaz kar" which is a scale used in Arabic music, "taqasem" or "taksim" which I believe means improvisation!

You can also YouTube the names of traditional Arabic musical instruments such as "Ud", "Kanon" or just "traditional/classical Arabic music" ;-)

The name of the first instrument is Kanun or Qanon. It is a traditional Arabic instrument. It's a string instrument that is shaped like a box and has 25 -- 27 groups of strings. Each group has 3 strings that are toned to the same note but in different octaves.

The name of the second instrument is Ud. It is also a traditional Arabic instrument that very much resembles the European Lute and is actually said to be the origin of Lute the modern day guitar. It has eleven strings in six courses.
