Hey Obama, the government did take over the healthcare market for those over 65. You cannot get health insurance if you are over 65 unless the plan is tied to Medicare or you are still working.
You would have to assume they are all playing politics. Some, like Ron Paul have actually read the Constitution and does know a little about economics and he does not like the ideas pushed by Obama.
In my educated opinion, you cannot find one problem in the US that does not have government as the root cause of the problem.
