  • Hey, is there any where i can et the tabs to white wedding?

  • Metallica-Cliff burton's pulling teeth

    awsome.

    R.I.P Cliff burton!

  • Nice video, you should have cut off the ambient sound though and just recorded the bass sound...

    Cool..

  • omg the sound is really baaaaad...hurts your ears...

  • what? no Squarepusher ? =) . , by ear here too. great post .

  • How does this help me you twat...????????

  • Its a squier bass by fender

  • i thought it was a fender till i read below..... nice playing...at 2;44 looks ultra complicated and skillfull...but i do wonder if it is worth getting to this high standard coz in a live situation, nobody would hear or appreciate it..and the simpler bass lines sound soo much better...dont think the bass as an instrument leans itself to complicated playing...its too hard on the ear when you are listening to the whole song

  • yes, I know... my sound here is a bit bad...

it's just a Squier P played through an "Thema" 15w guitar amp that I just use to study:)

  • NO WAY! Is that a crate bass?

  • Nice playin, but very bad sound. Why not your awesome squier jbfor rec like that?

  • is this cool?

  • COOL!!!!!!

    Watch my Rapper's Delight!!!!!!

  • Nice P-bass tone.

A nice touch of fret buzz there but not too much...I say nice touch cause I feel the P-bass has a lot more "bite" with a smidge of fretbuzz.

Nice, smooth and clean...I miss playing them classics.

  • Exactly, you have to have a tiny bit of zing.

  • You're obviously very very good at bass. Absolutely awesome. It just sounds like the action on your bass is a bit low. I don't know if that was the tone or something but it seemed to buzz every time you hammered on. otherwise good

  • nice work @ dream theater ;)

  • great playing youve got talent but i think you need to turn yourself up a bit because sometimes your over power other than that 5 out 5

  • Stefano,

what was that song at 1:41? Was it an old '80s funk groove?

  • Comment removed

Like others have said, it's hard to hear what you're playing because of the tone. Good playing though.

  • horrible sound.. But ok playing

  • If you learned how to play bass by playing Pull Me Under..well sir....you are god....

  • Dude, read the intro in the movie, "Bands/Artists that INSPIRED me" not songs he learned playing, he just has bad wording in the title.

  • Delegation "You and I"

  • i enjoy this style of bass playin, but watch how u get the notes out, sounds a little rough

  • bravo!pero' lo squier fa cacare

  • ZEEN

  • my friend has a bass like that says he hates the strings says they are way too high

  • There are ways to fix that - string height is largely a function of the neck, which can be adjusted through the truss rod, and the bridge saddles, which can be adjusted (duh) at the bridge.

  • What's the second song with the sudden high playing above the 12th fret?

  • Jamiroquai playing "Light Years"

  • The song is London Calling by The Clash. Buy the album. It's never too late!

    Chris

  • The song is London Calling by The Clash from the album London Calling. Buy the album. It's never too late!

    Chris

  • that bass sounds rough mate

dont slap the strings, stroke them

  • Great playing man... but you need to change your bass guitar... sounds horrible...

yes, I started playing bass learning songs by ear and playing in a band with friends and with own music. now, since around 2 years I go to a teacher.

I haven't tabs but I think you can find them without difficulty on the web 'cause they're famous songs.

    ste

  • YES! New Stefano video! :D

Anyway, moving right along. I absolutley love it. I like the unique perspective like how it's a collection of what inspired you. It all sounds really great, man! I have to know what song it is you're playing from 1:41-1:56. That is too funky. I also like the metal stuff you did! That fast one at 2:30 is just awesome. And of course, some Queen and Rapper's Delight, always a pleaser. Great stuff as usual, Stefano. Can't wait for part II!

  • hey conor mate;-)

that song is from 70/80's band called DELEGATION. maybe "you and I" is the only famous song by them...I love that funk!!
