There's a reason that inner city populations have more single mothers and it's not race. The institutions and structures of cities affect people differently than they do in suburbs, especially when they don't have health care and when more money is spent on prisons than schools. Also crack the drug of inner cities requires 5 grams for 5 years of prison but the more potent cocaine, the drug of suburban white collar people requires 500 grams for 5 years of prison. There needs to be law changes.
