  • We are a civilized democracy we cannot have seniles running around beheading the force of justice. Kibaki has not for the first time shown his Omnipotent dis-regard for the people of this country. He better tack up and sleeve up cause we voted for this constitution and dammed if he and his glorious bastards think they will back track this country to anarchy and instability of years past.

  • Yes, I want uncompromised impartial and independent judiciary accepted by the public. But I’m tired of one selfish man who with the slight infraction of his happiness decides the whole country has to up in flames. Raila decided to ignore all these bodies which are essential in the process with the anticipation of sharing the spoils with Kibaki who can’t be trusted ati weka mtu wangu hapa na wewe weka wako pale. Raila has been shafted so many times by Kibaki his ass should be sore by now.

  • We have become a nation of whiners and wimps who smirk and complain because a guy named Riaga Omollo was not named the Chief Justice. And to compound our problems, the whole country has been reduced to one big kindergarten class. The Judiciary groups has turned our nation into one big joke as Odinga and his Spin Doctors fabricate one lie after the other in attempts to satisfy the curiosity of their perceived kindergarten citizenry.

My reaction? Grow UP- quit your complaining and get over it!

  • Why dont you guys speak out when other rampant miscourages of justice happen..then you are just earning your big bucks in private practices.....

Follow the legal due process mbona the media sasa...

But Mr Kegoro your argument is self-defeating...

  • If like Sudan, Kenya were to be sub-divided, then I would want to be on Kibakis side. I would like to have my pie now and not that promised from up high in the sky, unattainable. This persistent bleating is horrible. Parliament will vet the nominees and whoever is rejected by Parliament will be dropped from the list. If some Kenyans do not want to have a decision-making President then they should get rid of that position. I applaud Kibaki for stopping this silly anarchy of indecision.

  • @Savai333 I really like your point..

Kenya was not designed to have 2 centres of power..

  • This is a pointer to the fact that we are not far from 2007.These culprits who instigated the Violence should face the Hague. In fact they should be picked up immediately.Otherwise 2012 will be worse.

And as long as Francis Muthaura is serving as the Chief Secretary we will never have amicable peace in Kenya.

We have to follow the Law.Tribe does not come in,it is the Law.

We have qualified and Strong Women who can adequately serve this Country as CJ or Attorney General.

  • the 3 nominees should reject the suspicious appointments....

  • @siasabora They should if they are men of integrity. The spirit of the constitution is that all three arms of the Government should be independent. How do you expect the judiciary to be independent if the president head hunts for the CJ? He should let JCS do the job. It is also very interesting that he should propose Kenyatta's lawyer for Ag, and Ruto's lawyer for DPP.

  • Bwana Gekoro, you are right 100% -- they are like gangsters who are keen on abusing the institution on parliament -- we are aware of that. They are not learning from what is happening across Africa, let alone the globe!

  • WE ARE FEDUP WITH IMPUNITY SCHIMED EITHER BY OUR POLITICIANS WHO DID RIG THE ELECTION OR THE KKK. KIBAKI MUST GO HOME NOW OR ELSE KENYA SHALL SEE FIRE.KENYA ARE NOT READY TO DIE FOR ATHIEF WHO IS RAPING THEIR MOTHER KILLING OUR BROTHERS AND BURNING OUR HOME AND KILLING OUR DOGS AND TELL US TO DO WHAT WE LIKE.

THE KAPENGURIA SIX MUST GO TO HAGUE AND FACE THE REAL JUSTICE .HOW CAN A DEVIL ADVOCATE BE OUR CHIEF JUSTICE.NEVER NEVER AND NEVER KIBAKI IS JOKING FOR LACK OF KNOWLEDGE.

  • While most Kenyan women have stood up against impunity one wonders why wakamba women have kept quiet . This war is not for Luo Women, Kikuyu women, miji kenda women, kalenjin women, etc. Its for all women and men and Wakamba women silence sents a wrong message that they suport impunity

  • @m'TOONI: just curious how do you tell the difference i.e. women tribes?

  • @siasabora Despite the fact that my mother collected me from a dust bin in Kawangware slums, i was schooled in Ukambani village and read over 500 former Drum Magazines,I I also read all David Mailus Books and every MAU MAU book that exists. Those materials gave me a kind of 73% understanding of different women tribes. May be im loosing that percentage because of the polarization of social lives and unable to answer your question to your expectations

  • @M'TOONI: indeed yu've ans'ed the question...now I know :)
