APC cant change, their ideology is all about Thuggery. As for Leatherboot, raping, arson, distruction is all he knows as a former RUF commander. Some of Sierra Leone youths are really misguided. Their grandfathers and fathers were used, misused and abused by politicians and now it is their turn.
