@OMFGLOLBURTON this channel's practically dedicated to reuploading work that might not have ended up on his main channel. The song came from Pogo's tumblr account before Pogo upload the video on his channel, and I guess people had this misconception that it's an unfinished remix (which most of the other songs in his tumblr are, so it's fair enough to think something like that). Thing is, no-one saw pogo's video coming. Hope that helped clear things up :D
