Villipoto was givin a choice to get 500,000 that night and be done with it, or they'd give him 100,000 for 10 years, he was smart and chose the second one. Props to him for winning all three events, and i think Dungey gonna do it big this year on that ktm, he looked good. Alessi needs to quit life. juss sayin
@jkelly102 He didn't see completely comfortable on it. Like the commentators were saying though, Dungey has not looked as aggressive as the other top guys. He won 2010, but both Stewart and Villipoto were out that year. I don't remember if Reed was out as well.
@macroevolve True they werent there in 2010 but in 2011 you take out a few dnf's from bike problems and he would've won again. I hear you though, he didnt look real aggressive but then again he hasnt had much time at all on the new bike which I'm sure is way different than what he was riding last year. Right now it kinda looks like a little suspension tuning and he would be ok. Who knows....
im so happy for villopoto had bad first 2 years on the 450 but hes totally dominated everything this year and the riding he was putting out in this race was fucking insane, JS7 has nothing on him now.

@bshee400 That big check is just for show. You cant take that check to the bank and cash it. It's just like a big plaque riders can hang in their garage to show what they won. I don't know if he got the cash or if they actually wrote him a check. It was an undisclosed company that put up the million for the event and I have not seen or read anything about the cash or check. My opinion is i think he actually took the cash.
@626Hondaracer Stewart did not race because he did not have a bike to ride. He is no longer going to be riding a San Manuel Yahmaha. He may still be on a Yamaha just for a different team.
If my family was rich, i could be in the superminis, i have the skill, raw talent & the drive, ive had upmost dtermination since i was 3 and got my first dirt bike, i'm 14 now, i wish i could do all this, but i dont have the fucking money for a race bike, im hoping for an 04 sx125 4 christmas, thats a good bike..... just figured i should share that
That was a nice whip over the big double, but no one can whip like Todd Potter ! He won all 3 because there was no competition. Dungey rode very conservative and there was no CR22 and JS7, NOT hating, but NO competition...
@icool247 I agree. No competition. Dungey was taking it easy and getting used to his new bike, and everyone else (CR, JS7 & TC) were all at home watching TV. I think it was pretty obvious that RV2 was going to take it all. I was really hoping that JS7 was going to race.
@SuzukiKid400 Dungey was not taking it easy. He was trying. But yes he still needs lots more testing on his bike. And with the way Villipoto was riding Dungey, Stewart, Reed and Canard better get very dialed in on there bikes.

Yes he still is getting use to the bike but I'm pretty sure it wouldn't have mattered. Funny all the Dungey fans talk about how RV won because there was no competition but if you go back to 2010 when Dungey won the SX and MX with all those same riders out making it no competition all the Dungey fans get butt hurt about it.

Awesome race! Thanks for uploading. I seen it on Speed, but I always like rewatching it on YT. I can replay some great passes, or when Jelaous Alessi flips off Dungey because he took his ride... what a baby..lol
@MrKiddMark It's @ 10:58 in part 7. You can't tell if it's his middle finger, it could have been a "no no" wave with his index finger, but the announcer acts like it was a "flip off"

I think he was mad because he is now a privateer and has to pay for all his own stuff and dungey is on the factory bike so gets everything paid for him. So I think Alessi was mad that Dungey was passing him because it would have been more money for Alessi if he got second so I think he was hoping for a gift from Dungey.
