calgon is bullshit.. and every two minutes a washer stops working ? well out of 800 machines i doubt they all stopped working cause of limescale.. and folks use citric acid.. its eco friendly and leaves the machine clean and healty .. do a cycle on 95 degrees on the longest wash program available NO CLOTHES - DO THIS WITH EMPTY DRUM .. use about 300-500 grams of citric acid depending on how scaled the machine is.. to maintain machine do this every 6 months cheaper than calgon and it works
