Seriously, when fake "singers" who can't sing well live perform, "fans" don't say "oh, they look great but they need to seriously improve their vocals." The entertainment industry has honestly never been about health, as much as they like to act all preachy about it. If this is all they can find to poke at her, then that's just their problem.
