I really love this exercise myself. Definitely my favorite push-up exercise. Great for shoulder and chest development. Also a good stretch for your back.
Hi! At the time this video was shot I exclusively trained with body weight exercises. Now I'm thinking about implementing some kettle bell training in my routine. It just starts to get boring.
You won't get big biceps because push-ups mainly train triceps, chest and shoulders :) Also muscle mass is highly influenced by your diet. Probably you will get some lean muscle mass. Males and females have different hormonal levels, so It's not naturally possible for a woman to get bulky
hey the one at 0:43 is really hard i dont understand how u do it i can only do like 2 reps on it very nice and im not small in size i weight 93 KGs and im 5"10" so im pretty big in size and ive been doing push ups since i was 12 and im 21 now great vid thanks im doing these push ups in the gym lets see if it works thanks.

@spongy711 First of all i'm a poor cunt, cant afford a camera to record myself. second of all someone doesn't need to be able to do something to judge other people on their ability to do it, otherwise there could be no judges on tv, the olympics etc. Third of all fuck you.

Hey, do you use weights or kettlebells or do you do primitive body weight moves only?

@GreenwaldTom Yes, I am going to do kettlebells aswell, I need to burn some fat so I think kettlebells would be a great answer for that as toning up.
