I watch his show once and he pulled a mid-roof off and put on a single (30" maybe) lowtop to make it "cool". At that moment it became clear how much time he had spent in one of these things working as opposed to playing.
So what yer sayin' is: You took a Pete 359 that had 850 thousand hard miles onnit and made it look like it had 851 thousand miles onnit to get it 'lookin' like ya want. Is that about right? Should be good for another .85 million miles I reckon!
But hell, you can pick up 'customized' Rat Rod longnoses like that all day for under $10 k a pop. Seen 'em for $5 k and under, mostly complete.
Some would argue, a Rat Rod semi has to have been parked for 10+ yrs. first.
Count me in for the big rig rat rod club. I just picked up 79 pete 352coe I'm going to move the drives back(it has a flatbed body so it has some extra frame to it) on a lowair suspension and airbag the front with 255/70/22.5s all the way around and leave the rest as is with the exception of a bowtie visor, pipes, and custom rear bumper

Its funny, with pick up's most people want them with a short wheel base if they're going to fix um up. But with truck's the longer the better, lol
