Ok people the m21 is a battle rifle/dmr. The m16 or an m4 can be used as snipers. There called high power m16/m4's they have a longer barrel and a higher bullet caliber. All summed up in a little paragrap.

As I said before, there are m16 (not m4) DMRs (sniper rifles, if you will). I already gave the example of the Mark 12 Special Purpose Rifle

Side note to all, the M21 is most often used as a DMR (designated marksmen rifle) as opposed to a Sniper Rifle. Where a sniper operates in teams of 2 and preforms recon/stealth actions, a designated marksmen acts as a part of a squad, providing long range support and counter sniping potential, while still doing actions regular squad member does like breaching

i'm prestige 3 lvl 70 and havnt got a nuke yet lol... its not that i'm a terrible player, i made lvl 70 on 3rd prestige in 7 days which i dont call toooo shabby, and have got all the ac130 and chopper gunner emblems etc..., got 33 killstreak without using an ac130 or cho gu (predator harrier pavelow), but whenever i put the nuke on i just seem to play so much worse - any1 else get that?

@Thelight2112 : souunds good if i was using an assault class, but as i dont record or anything, i'd go for 7, 11, and 25 (yes yes i know - they are boring), and instead of holo, extended mags. however i'd probably use a sniper rifle, and will have 2 train up my ac130 skills - i never use it cuz it's really dull, and pavelows only count to ur ks if u havnt died yet. my class would be:
