Storm won in my opinion, turfing is becoming redundant.. I like the universal dancers such as Oscar, Rated R, Krow, Retro.. The reason Storm's style isn't received well in the bay, is because his animations aren't "animated" enough. We can all clearly see his body control is second to none. But he moves his body in such a relaxed and calm way, that for bay area fans at least, just doesn't appeal. That's my perspective at least.
