i use the arrow keys in combat, so i can use 1234... and so on, so i dont have to move my left hand up and down using the WASD and number keys, so, arrow keys are good 2, but ONLY in combat, because you will have a terrible problem when using WASD in combat

using the arrow keys in pvp is stupid. use the mouse double click run feature so you can have a 0 turning radius. also you can click other things if your fingers cant reach the macro in a pvp situation.
