Happy bday, I follow some of your posts on the CF boards, did not peg you for 50, not even close. What is your athletic background like? Have you been involved in gymnastics/weightlifting since a college age?
I started Olympic weightlifting in October 2000. No gymnastics until my mid-40s. I played all the sports I could as a kid but pretty much rode the pine throughout high school. I was slow and skinnier than the kid they called Bones.
Amazing, overhead squats are so tough !!

There is no way you're 50yo!
This video and your 162kg dead PR video makes you look like you're early 20's! .... Which is my age! And I consider myself fit!
