Hello, has anyone here made use of Gallactico 324 Diet (google it) , one of my colleagues lost good portion of fat using Gallactico 324 Diet, but just wanted a consumer review before opting for that.
Let's grant the premise that men are becoming less and less virile. How do you know that the reason you gave is the cause of it? I will give you a more probable cause for the hypothetical premise. The reason would be due to lack of exercise, especially lower body exercises. Walking, running, lunges, squats, and so on. That could affect testosterone, being sedentary that is.
Our masculinity, lol I can't even believe I have to write this, is not being attacked by "pollutants". This is an appeal to hysteria. My testosterone is fine and I have drank water from the tap for years from many many many different states in the U.S., countries outside of the U.S., and never had a problem. Our masculinity is not being attacked in any real way. Only the hysterical hypochondriacs make this argument.
I also take issue with your idea about men/women and evolution. Evolution occurred and continues to occur no doubt about it but the story you developed around why men maybe interested in sex more in some areas is because of the reason you gave isn't really true. There are many, many, many women that are infatuated with sex just as much as men. I'm not impressed by sweeping generalities about genders. I think it's silly. Testosterone does raise sex drive yes, but there is also a psych. element

I tried a sample of it and it cracked me out even more than the original 1.M.R with full stimulants. that 1,3 dimethylamylamine is just not a safe thing to use long-term, theres gonna be people who die of heart attacks after taking that. Maybe once in a while for a killer workout, it gets you amped up like no other, but I would not rely on a pre-WO with it all the time.

My bedtime protein shake has a high dosage of HMB in it - I've been supplementing that instead of cottage cheese and my recovery has been beautiful. Lui's right - HMB is a brilliant supplement to incorporate into any training plan.
Is soy lecithin also bad for men? It seems to be in every protein powder I can find. And does anyone know if All Whey Protein made by All Max is this a good product? What about Designer Whey or Optimum Whey Protein? I'm confused as to which protein to buy.

Hey Lui, If It helps, I take superpump Max always when I go train, and in the label it says clearly that no pre workout is suposed to be taken within 4 hours from bed.
