  • Let's grant the premise that men are becoming less and less virile. How do you know that the reason you gave is the cause of it? I will give you a more probable cause for the hypothetical premise. The reason would be due to lack of exercise, especially lower body exercises. Walking, running, lunges, squats, and so on. That could affect testosterone, being sedentary that is.

  • Our masculinity, lol I can't even believe I have to write this, is not being attacked by "pollutants". This is an appeal to hysteria. My testosterone is fine and I have drank water from the tap for years from many many many different states in the U.S., countries outside of the U.S., and never had a problem. Our masculinity is not being attacked in any real way. Only the hysterical hypochondriacs make this argument.

  • For example you could have high testosterone and not be interested in sex as a guy, and vice versa

  • I also take issue with your idea about men/women and evolution. Evolution occurred and continues to occur no doubt about it but the story you developed around why men maybe interested in sex more in some areas is because of the reason you gave isn't really true. There are many, many, many women that are infatuated with sex just as much as men. I'm not impressed by sweeping generalities about genders. I think it's silly. Testosterone does raise sex drive yes, but there is also a psych. element

  • I agree about the Hemo Rage.. I tried a sample of it and it cracked me out even more than the original 1.M.R with full stimulants. that 1,3 dimethylamylamine is just not a safe thing to use long-term, theres gonna be people who die of heart attacks after taking that. Maybe once in a while for a killer workout, it gets you amped up like no other, but I would not rely on a pre-WO with it all the time.

  • Im currently Keto lifestyle, 212lbs, take in HumaPro protein, Jack3D, and starting tomorrow, Chain'd Out. Lui, Dextrose Before, During Or After workout? Im consuming 40g, 10g before, 10g during, 20g after.. Is this OK,? Im thinking the creatine in the Jack3d needs transported via insuline spike, just not sure when to take it and most benificail..   • What time is your last meal of the day usually - When you take your Casein Shake with water. I'm on day 3 of your workout and loving it so far, drop sets use loads of my energy and can feel the burn next morning in those area's :)

  • My bedtime protein shake has a high dosage of HMB in it - I've been supplementing that instead of cottage cheese and my recovery has been beautiful. Lui's right - HMB is a brilliant supplement to incorporate into any training plan.

  • Hope you do more meal examples. Maybe make video going over an entire days worth of meals like your meal examples but edited into one video. Diet is probably over 50% in BBing. Diet and nutrition should be just as discussed as weight training.

  • There was definitely a lack of intensity in my workouts before. I started stepping it up last September long before I started your plan. I pushed "biblical weight" for 4 months straight. I just started your plan 2 weeks ago and honestly it's a cakewalk compared to what I used to do in the fall. I decided to go ahead and add some high quality Why, EFA's and BCAA's to my diet which decreased my soreness for now.

    Im going to resume training at a moderate intensity and see what happens.

  • Yes I know how you feel. Deffinetly stay away from Jack3d as well or you will have the same problems. My friend had to go to the hospital because it was causing severe addrenelin problems.
