mentally challenged people does not means they have demons. There are good and bad people all around. a mentally handi cap person can murder like any other person who choose to do so.
A person who is mentally handicapped can be cured of that but it is the rights of the parents if they want that person to be healed or are strong believers.
To be who they are going to be God didnt say go do this peole make choices when it goes against God the only time God does anything is when people pray to him or he heals people through people. God didnt say how ever. I heal everyone person who prays to me when he sends people to heal that person but people rebuke him.
