This movie sucked. The worst of all the Blade movies. Wesley Snipes was very upset about the direction, that he sued New Line and David Goyer for messing it up. That is why you see less of Blade than Ryan Reynolds. Snipes idea was to make this Blade like one from the comic book when it is in the future and world are vampires ran by Morbius. New Line did not want to pay the amount of money for it, so Del Toro walked and decided to do another movie and Goyer took over and did a half ass job.

The first blade has a special place in my heart because i was just a kid when i first saw it and like every other kid from 7-17, i thought it was the coolest thing ever. I still catch blade on tv every now and then and i still think its a great movie, although naturally, it has lost some of that awe and wonder when i saw it as a kid.
