hiii...i hope u can help meee having problems on cueing...like is there any way for me to pause the song just when i listen the first beat and then rewind a little listening to the frames of the beats...so i can get exactly the inicial of the beat...

Im sorry but i would use this as a back up midi and not as a main midi controller. This unit is very plastic and I wouldnt trust it. I would go more professional and use a Vestax VCI 300 over this.

@aw5omeFRAZA Vestax Typhoon. The Omni Control first of all doesnt look as good, and apparently it breaks really easily. The Vestax Typhoon features more on the looks and it looks simpler as well. I'd go for the typhoon

@Bulattiful makes no sense doing that. You would be better off buying a Vestax VCI-100 if you have your own soundcard. Like $100 more then this thing. This controller is more for like a all in one controller since there aren't many controller/soundcard combos out there to work with traktor. It's a pain in the neck to have a separate soundcard and controller.

The 300 has very poor support of software outside Serato Itch. 300s have a more versatile layout and a more solid build. They also look better too, and have balanced 1/4" jack outputs, as opposed to the Typhoon's RCAs.

The Typhoon is however less than half the price, apparently more versatile and has slider-based EQing. It's basically a 300-lite. Check out native support for your software of choice though. If it's only got native support for Traktor, I'm not getting it.

Looks great. One question, how are the tempo sliders in terms of sensitivity?

The last budget console I owned was far too finicky - if you brushed your finger across it and it didn't visibly move at all it would still throw your tempo off.

Well i just wondering, is it a good idea if using the typhoon combined with Traktor kontrol X1 ? what i was trying to say is, Typhoon is already a midi with standard setup for dj, but it lacks of button, and knob, and i want to used the kontrol X1 as an combination for extra button, and knob for more freedom on the effect and etc. Thx, and sorry for my english :)

sorry by my english... hahaha but, the audio interface is enough to djay in a club like this or the sound is bad for that kind of clubes??? when you put the visuals of people dancing the music that sounds is made with the controller and his audio interface???

@DeasDesignz Yes this was used to play music inside the club. Due to licensing / Copyright limitations I couldn't use the actual tracks that we're played. But yes you can literally plug this into any clubs sound system and play your set.
