@Sokobansolver I think one of the problems there is the lack of screen space- Mario keeps on going off the top of the screen, but the ball n' chains can't really go much lower, so it's hard to control where Mario lands for the next bounce. It's something to consider modifying (or just scrapping) for sure.
The thing i love about this hack is that is has cool names for levels(some are Banjo-Kazooie-esque), it is a challenging hack, and most of all, it's a vanilla hack, yet it is awesome.
0:42 thru 0:56 was the most annoying part of the whole level. I think I died more times on that part than any other part of the level.
