@knowledgeispower87 my progression stopped at 18-20 pullups, and about 30-35 dips for years, without weight. Few months ago i've added +20kg and in a FEW WEEKS i'm banging out 24-25 pullups and 40-45dips (without weights ofc). With weights i'm usually going for 8-10 pullups and 10-15dips.
@knowledgeispower87 better off using a wieghted vest, i find that a weighted belt concentrates too much weight on the lower spine which in time can lead to injury. Whereas a weighted vest evenly distributes the weight on both shoulders which allows for safer downward pressure along the whole body.

For me, this is the most inspirational video on youtube right now. Im loving training on the bar!! How many pull ups//or//dips should I be able to do before adding weight to a weight belt!

@knowledgeispower87 master 20 pull-ups, then you can add weights. I only can do 15 reps and Im adding weight, but its light weight just like 10kg (22lbs)

@knowledgeispower87 my progression stopped at 18-20 pullups, and about 30-35 dips for years, without weight. Few months ago i've added +20kg and in a FEW WEEKS i'm banging out 24-25 pullups and 40-45dips (without weights ofc). With weights i'm usually going for 8-10 pullups and 10-15dips.

@knowledgeispower87 better off using a wieghted vest, i find that a weighted belt concentrates too much weight on the lower spine which in time can lead to injury. Whereas a weighted vest evenly distributes the weight on both shoulders which allows for safer downward pressure along the whole body.

@HOSTAGEMEDIA Hannibal your workouts are truly amazing man. Great inspiration. Scientists are runnen around sayin 45 minutes or more of worken out is overtraining. I find it real hard to squeeze in a full upper body workout within that period of time. But you seem to be at the top of your game. do you do these workouts every other day for a certain period time?

nice. also very effective are pullups from tailor seat into handstand/ the front "v-seat" keep on, but don´t forget legs (where 2/3 of the muscles in our body is placed!)
