My dad has been a trucker for the last 20 years, the song has always held
a special place in my heart. He was rarely home, and missed many special occasions, but has worked hard to provide for his family over the years. He is an amazing man, and I am so thankful for what he has given up for me, my sister, and my mom! Love this song!
My Dad drove an 18 wheeler , and he always listened to Red sovine , one of his favorites----He's gone now , and I'm sure he went to "Heaven", and maybe him ,his name "Fred" ,and "Red" are having a good visit---- God Bless Them----
My step father listened to this song everyday while he jammed those gears I pray to god everyday that hes alive today that he survived the wreck he was in.. someone up there was looking out for him =)
