I think the reason they put Q on her arms has something to do with the fact that she was made to piss people off. People who complain and rage about things are said to be "crying" about it, thus Q_Q tends to be the smiley face used for that. In video games, these people are often called "QQers". So maybe that's why they did it? It's just a theory, but if that's the case, it would've made more sense to put two Qs instead of just one...

I don't really like doing this, but I really can't describe her voice to well. It is 'like' a mix of RIn and Miku, but at the same time it is quite unique.
