And in my opinion it is possible that whatever force they used was necessary; We don't know the circumstances. I find it interesting that you claim to make more money than police officers with your incredible use of proper grammar. I, as a reserve officer of a local police department in no way condone or support the unlawful use of excessive force but know there are times when you've got to use force to hook someone up for something they've done against the law. I sincerely hope that you are able to grow up, don't break the law and you will have positive encounters with law enforcement officials.

If you did any research you would find out that there are NO QUOTAS in many departments. But, if you break the law, it's obviously a crime, therefore you get a ticket or arrested. A quick tip DON"T BREAK THE LAW! It's simple. The law is there to protect you and the people around you. They are there to make the place they operate in safer for average people. Most are well trained intelligent people. Some are stupid though. And at the officer level a CHP makes 5 to 6K a month + benefits
