The red dots are actually indicating keys that are an octave higher than the sounds that are produced in the recording that plays with it. (I assume that the C key with the dot on it is Middle C)
Otherwise, it's a great video. :)
there seem to miss some notes is could that be possible it sounds ... different

I was confused which color is bass, so i am suggesting you can make blue dots as bass, and the red ones as the regular.
