@yorubablk3 In a decomcracy a political figure is supported with a vote, not a gun. Gadafi always used guns and didn't let people vote. His supporters can form a poltical party and in six to nine months elect representatives to the government. Supporters of the Green (pro Gadafi) party will have the power of the # of people who vote for them. It;s called majority rule.
