Nobody even knows for sure what oil is(fossil origin of oil is just theory -see science articles) so how can they even take a glimpse of how much of it is in the earth if they dont even know where it comes from?
Fun fact: the US is #13 in the world in proven oil reserves with 19 BILLION barrels. Heck yeah we should drill, and stay friendly with Canada (third with 175 B barrels)
