This was the most horrendous experience I have ever had! I took my daughter there for her graduation gift. Our room flooded, she skidded along the floor at 3:00 am and broke her toe (right through the skin!!!) there was blood and water everywhere! The night manager gave her first aid - which I have on video, then accused her of faking it two days later!!

I have pictures, x-rays and a totally ruined vacation!!

They said that they have never had this experience before and "do not accept it"

i went there july 2010 it was absolutely amazing i suggest to anyone looking for a good time i would try to get into the hotel 5 because there was an iguana tree right outside easily 30-40 iguanas lived there....u could take lettuce from the buffet and feed them...as the food goes its ok but the al a carte is to die for but i would not suggest rodizio it was shit and they try to rush you out while ur still eating but it is a great resort very clean and i would go back enjoy if you are going =D
