Just seen Helmet Live in Haarlem (NL) yesterday, and 15th of Februari they play Eindhoven (NL) I will be there too.

Believe me, the whole audience was bobbing on Page's grooves. It was a great show.

Yeah, it's weird. It's a good song (probably the best he's done in a while) but Page, band of one, makes me think of the Corey Haim 'Me, Myself & I' video. Look it up.

this is top ace song, I don't understand you hardcore fans of helmet, you should be glad they put out these last 2 albums, I really enjoyed both of them, after all, their entire catalog is one of the strongest catalogs in hard rock, hardcore, metal history, I really mean it

i guess i'm what you could call a 'hardcore' helmet fan. i own all their records and essentially love everything that page's done. and this to me reeks of classic helmet. it's not like 'unsung' and i would've loved to hear them do a new 'beautiful love' or 'murder', but i can say that there's definitely the vibe. helmet's always been about the righteous riffage and the riffage is most definitely there.

Page really should have left the Helmet name out of these last 2 albums.Maybe it wouldn't be as bad if that was the case.Can't avoid the comparisons,and the musical talent of the lineup(s) is so far away from the days of Page,Henry and John.Helmet now sounds like the "helmet pretenders"us hardcore helmet fans have always mocked.I'll cut page some slack he is 48 after all,but could have had similer success creating a different band. Helmet was always more then Page Hamilton,this stuff proves it.

of course you wont like it if you are used to they're other stuff, because it is different, that doesnt mean that he should have dropped the name, i think it is good, and i like everything they have ever done, although i do like they're older stuff more.

He shouldn't retire because at first when hearing Monochrome I though Helmet gone bad, but in fact not it's really a damn good album.

Really I mean it, it's like aftertaste, I didn't liked it at first, but that's really a good Helmet album.
