  • The hats comment is what really got me...

  • strange that it's narrated by an english guy. no one i know here has any idea who they are.

  • It's because this is a segment from 1990, not your present 2009, dummy.

You were born the same year or the year after this interview. Oingo Boingo finished their career in 1995 and played as Oingo Boingo from about 1979 through 1995, with their popularity peaking in the 1980's.

Go figure that you and you friends don't know who they are. Do you see what I am getting at with you?

  • not a clue. what made u think i thought this is from 2009? i already know all about oingo boingo. i have every album they ever released for gods sake. im talking about my mum, dad and other adult relatives and friends never hearing of them as they went through the 80s.

wow bet u stupid for saying that now dont ya

  • The narrator is Richard Blade, an Englishman who has lived in the USA for decades.

Maybe your mum, dad, etc. aren't very big music fans, so maybe they are not a very good gauge to put up next to an Englishman who has been a longtime radio personality.

  • are u just coming out with any random crap? just coz my parents havent heard of them doesnt mean that they arent music fans. ur slightly gone in the head buddy

  • then what music are they fans of?

Have some evidence to support your claim.

No, I'm coming up with the reason why the people you know haven't heard of them, you half-wit.

  • doesnt matter. oingo boingo in general were never known in europe, only briefly because of weird science. they stayed in america and never released anything abroad, hence y i get all my albums from america.

  • @Alteredbeast47 ? I am from germany and I was easily able to buy all their albums in germany in a regular record store. :)

  • @EdWood110 Then you Germans are very fortunate.

  • Oh, thanks so much coolobiwan! What else you got hiding over there?

  • yes please give us more : )
