@bait28 2001 expeditions had a shit load of problems, i bought it back in 06, luckily I got a extended full coverage warranty or else I would of been screwed it was in the shop 7 times in 2 years.. I now have a nissan and have had ZERO problems in 2 years, good riddance ford.

@Spense626 thats for sure. truly ford isn't bad. but they recently have gotten cheap as shit.(i mean quality wise) i bought the excursions knowing i'd have work to do, so far, i replace the head gaskets and used arp studs, removed the EGR system, got a flash computer to change the settings and replaced the filter with an aftermarket one, while adding an after cooler and a new exuast. Runs way better than stock.

@boost419 anything above 800 rms watts deff would recommend a capacitor so you dont drain you battery and or alternator. and unless you listen to mostly rap anything more than 800 watts is excess :P one thing to truly look for is the Freq range 23-400 hrz is a very good range for a sub it enables to hit the lower notes making it sound crisp and on time. i normally look for that and the rms to figure out what amp i get, i lean towards mono amps for subs

Dunno, I think it's a bit mean to ghettoblast in residential areas. On major streets, highways, etc, I can't be bothered to care, but when I'm driving through neighborhoods I always turn my sound down a bit. (Also, pretty much everywhere has noise ordinances that only let you go so loud. That setup might be able to break it with the windows up even, though the engine is hella loud anyway compared to the subs from outside that car.)
