  • guys i need help i am 13 i live in england and i am in year 9 and i am probably the strongest in year 9 but for some reason i exercise and then i dont get any abs or anything. i spend all night doing sit ups and chest workouts why is nothing happening but i am pretty strong guys :)

  • @stanislav576 the proof is there you dont have to have 6 packs showing to show you have a strong CORE anywho dont let you muscle gains get to you some bodybuilders cant even do simple bodyweight exercises

  • Listen, here's the deal, push-ups and sit-ups will get you no where, short very intense cardio workouts is the key to success when burning fat, check out the channel sixpackshortcuts they are amazing

  • @LeanneElizabeth93 if burning calories is your goal then do sum cardio, abdominal crunches are to shape the muscles not burn fat. it wont burn many calories at all

  • Why did you speed it up? The reason that it goes slow is so you'd have longer muscle contractions.

  • i've been creative i have my mobile phone and play the level 4 vid but ive taken a piece of paper and attached it on my mobile phone then ive drawn lines on the paper were every excercise begins and i rewind the vid back after one excercise is done and do it again now i do 120 reps on each exercise... i finally feel something burn:D.... lol (srry for my bad english)

    if i might suggests things for next workout:

    how about 3x80 or 3x100 and 10 or 15sec rest. Or add some exercises from p4p level 3. and the speed is too fast to make it hard now.

    well its up to you if want to make a next level. i'm sure people would like you to;)

  • @xheavenshallburn I'm doing level 4 now and then when one excercise is done i click 20 reps back and repeat them straight after it so you have 80 reps with 5 sec break and normal speed... if you know what i'm saying?!

  • @MrJustListeningMusic The secret is that when you're doing it faster then you don't feel much pain. Do it slowly and you will feel it right away.
