Wonderful demo, worked like a charm, I broke a few and didn't do the swirl colors, but they were a hit. Thanks so much for sharing the demo, I used callebaut gianduja light milk chocolate, filled with homemade vanilla mousse and topped them with chopped fresh strawberry, kiwi and pineapple bits. Quite addicting and delicious. Thanks again for the great demo.
I have made these and YES the food coloring for chocolate is different. If you use food coloring that has a water base the chocolate will seize. You need an oil based food coloring. The chocolate heart is made by "piping" chocolate onto wax paper in any design you like, letting it dry and you have a chocolate design!
is "the food coloring made to be used with chcolate" different from the regular food coloring (that soluble in water),....and is this soluble in wax? ( i mean the oane that dyes was is called organic dye and cocolate being made brom coco butter, also a fatty substance..please help me
I like the idea, it's pretty cool, but what about cleaning the balloons before dipping them into the chocolate? I am only asking because of the material used to make them and the powder residue left behind. Maybe it's just me. :)
If you made a live tutorial instead of these lifeless slides wdv been much better

I wonder if the balloon would come out a bit easier if you sprayed the balloon with some "Pam" first?
