This cracks me up Kelley! The other day my baby (AJ, 15 months)came into the bathroom. He always follows me in there. He started ripping at the toilet paper. Next thing you know he tried to wipe me! Crazy lil guy!
I don't know if it is the potty or just the aspect of them being locked away from the "prime caretaker." They can't see you, get to you. I think it is somewhat of an abandonment feeling. I mean if you leave the house there is a whole bye bye ceremony thing and they are left with someone. If it is just you and the child... I ramble... you get my point. LOL!
"Dude, what'd you eat?!", then proceed to lodge it up his nose... nice one...
My cats are the same tho, when i shut the bathroom door they sit outside it and cry.

I used to have a dog that would do that too. He would just sit there and stare.
