Looks are a personal matter and its not a ugly jet... but I'd rather take apart and reassemble 2 15s rather then one 16. Working 22s is a maintainers wet dream! 22s were built to fix quick and easy, to bad about there pending fate. I doubt the 35s will be as kind to the wretch turners as the 22....

This is why America has always been invulnerable in battle. Even in WWII. They had the advantage of a safe territory where no one could disturb their scientists and where they were able to produce and test their weaponry. Having a safe house like is a great advantage in every battle.

They can store those airplanes there until they become completely obsolete and un-usuable. Until that day comes, the US will have a huge ace up their sleeve.

Buying munitions like air to ground weapons is not possible for civilians.

Iran, a full on country had a supply of F-14 and even they cannot use them do to lack of parts. Now if a country with a military industry cannot get parts for a fighter from the 1970's then a bunch of rabble couldn't conceivably use a strategic bomber.
