WOW! I don't think my class could keep up if I did this! They're still stuck on following the instructor instead of feeling the music and doing what they can. And they don't seem to give %100. I hope when I finally teach a class, I'll be able to inspire them to sweat for once.

Hey Haley, I was subsituting for a Zumba Toning class last week and suddenly had to memorize a bunch of routines. I was already using your routine to this song in my class. So it was easy to adapt this routine to toning using the sticks. Thanks again! -Christi
