Dude that's not healthy at all, nothing from McDonald's is, the healthiest thing from McDonalds, is way worse than an In-N-Out burger, because the default burger has 1 or 2 full tomatoes, a bunch of lettuce, meat patty, cheese, 1000 island dressing, and a full slice of onion, not a ring, but a full slice. And it decomposes, McDonald's frys don't, mold won't touch that stuff, so should you be eating it, how is that decomposing in your body.

I think that is what you mean. Stomach acid will break down a McDonalds hamburger exactly the same way it would an In-N-Out burger. I'm not disagree with you that In-N-Out might have a "healthier" burger. But your stomach doesn't give a shit(no pun intended), it'll break'em both down the same.
