Say Supes leaves Earth. The galaxy closest to us is roughly 25 THOUSAND light-years from us. So Supes reaches this proposed 10x light-speed you mentioned--it would still take him 2500 yrs to reach even the closest galaxy. If he's going to hop that in seconds someone better start coming up with other ideas as to his speed.
