  • House theme song. Nice.

  • Im 16 years old and found out I had PCOS last year. I too suffer from theese symptoms ! If anybody knows of any other way to deal with them, Medical interventions etc please msg me !!!!!!

  • @Ashmoe418 Also, your comma located at the end of your sentence is improperly placed. The correct location should be after "here". "I'm outta here, infertile hoes!" Maybe you're the one who should take English 101.

  • @Ashmoe418 You're a bitch. Oh, and for the record, Jesus Christ is capitalized, grammar whore.

  • I felt so alone when i discovered i had this... but now I realize I'm not that alone.

Keep holding on... we will get over it!

  • I am going make a another video if you guys have any qustion I can anwser them

  • @Missleo1984 i have PCOS and i found out 2 years ago. i am 19 now, and im sure i have had it since i was a lot younger. i am in constant pain from it and it hurts everyday. i found out by going to the doctor and him telling me i had to get an ultrasound done. That is how i found out i had it. I hate that i have to deal with this burden along with other people. I'm sorry.

  • Jesus christ! The people commenting on this video and the person who made it are all freakin retarded! You should all take English 101, because your shitty ass grammar ruins your credibility. Ugh! I'm outta here infertile, hoes!

  • @Ashmoe418 If I were you I would learn some manners and stop stereotyping people's grammar by a disease; it doesn't bode well for you. Secondly I'm doing a Forensic Science degree in Plymouth university and I have an appointment at 9AM to see if I do indeed have it. So shut the fuck up bitch. You pick on everyone else's grammar yet you fail to see your own mistakes..eg. (and the person who made it is freaking....) So back off. Ashmoe, more like Ass hole.

  • I 'm glad I'm not the only one having these issues .I taught I was abnormal. My period started when i was 9 and by age 16 became irregular and as the years progress they get worst and worst .I went to several docs and wasn't diagnoised with pcos until a couple months ago .Living with pcos is very depressing because as a woman most of us want kids and even though most of us don't like having monthly periods ,not having them regularly makes you wonder if everything in your body is ok.

  • my friend had this but even one thought she had cancer . could this be related ?

  • hi.. i have a pcos and i`m 21 yrs.old as of now my doctor says i have to take charlize pills for 6 month and she will see if after that i will have a normal menstrual period without taking some medicine.. i hope it works..

  • i have a pcos .. but i dont know if im pregnant?

  • There is some research that shows that a low carb diet can help, as it lowers insulin levels. It was just a small study, but two of the women who went on it became pregnant.

  • Master John Tao can cure this.

He only accepts donations and is a Buddhist

  • Ladies I have a PCOS SUpport group on facebook please join, just searchFOR THE WOMEN WHO LIVE WITH POLYCYSTIC OVARIAN SYNDROME (PCOS)

  • Thanks for such an informative video. What Id like to add is that it is really really hard to live with, with or without medication, and really does affect your whole lifestyle. Why this is not classed as a disability I do not know. Well done for such a great presentation too. Thnx

  • The name of the song is "Teardrops" by Massive Attack, in case any one was wondering. Good vid. Gotta keep up the awareness for this disorder.

  • i need help! i'm 20 and my period didn't come for a full year. i think i might be infertile because my bf for 12 years (we fell in love since we were little kids) and I have been having unprotected sex for the longest and i'm still not pregnant. i'm afraid to go to a doctor because i'm afraid of my diagnosis. but my symptoms are similar to the ones you talk about. i have unwanted hair on on my belly chin. and i barely have a period

Seen sonograms where my ovaries were very large & full of cysts. I've gained weight and was not able to conceive when I was married from 1996-2008. I'm 35 years old now - doctor has me on depro lupron for fibrods. I never asked about PCOS. Periods were heavy growing up and pain was horrendous.

  • I'm 22 years old and have been just diagnosed with PCOS and have had endo for many years. I've had 2 lap surgeries, and ovarian drilling. I had to go to 6 different doctors until one agreed to finally give me an ultra sound and saw all the cysts surrounding my ovaries. It is a horrible disease, which makes it very difficult to live "normal" lives. The song is Tear Drop by Massive Attack by the way. Thank you for the making the video

  • I'm 25 and since I've stopped taking contraceptive pills 9 months ago,I don't have menstrual periods. My doctor prescribed blood tests which included oestradiol, progesterone, testosterone, prolactine,LH and FSH.Seeing the results (low progesterone, too high testosterone, increased prolactine, bad LH/FSH proportion) he suspects that I have PCOS:( He prescribed Norcolut and Clostilbegyt pills, and said if they don't help, he'll make an ultrasound.I'm a little bit overweight anyway, and have-to be cont

  • i have Diabetis 1. and i just got diagnosed Pcod.. yay my luck just getting better and better, they say i have had it a long time, have a alot off problms from it... combind whid the diabetes..... am only 22, got diebetes diagnose when i was 21.

  • omggm, i take my hat off to you for making this video, it takes a pretty strong woman to do this x how long have u had this horrible disorder for? xx

  • i was just diagnosed with this today..i'm only 17

  • Reading these comments can be a downer. I'm going to turn 18 in a few days and I never had a period. I was just diagnosed with PCOS a few days ago and I hope to one day have a family because I love kids. All I see on here are people whining about this but I just don't understand how people can get so down. Keep your chin up and do everything you can to help yourself instead of complaining. I know I will be helping myself in any way possible because I'm not throwing in the towel like some people

  • there is a cure for it its birth control and medformen

  • @imsoyeast There isn't a cure, those help the side effects of PCOS. It doesn't get rid of it forever.

  • OMG i hate living with this stupid disease, i am the only person in my family with it and i have pretty much all the symptoms but the name calling isn't what gets me, its the fact that soon i will be too heavy to ride my horse (i'm nearly too heavy now) and he has a bad back and he was the only thing making me feel better, the reason i keep hope, and i CANT loose weight, even not eating doesn't work. PCOS is ruining my life and i hope someday soon they find a cure.

  • i am seriously scared out my mind.. im 16 and was dignosed at 13 and i did not think it was a HUGE problem or big issue...my doctor put me on bith control pills to allow me to have regular periods..im now kinda scared bc i did not know the SERIOUSNESS of this... any advice??

    thank you:

  • @MissKaylaMarie000 Yep if you want to minimise the risk of health problems change you diet, no white sauces (very little) white meat with very little red meat or quorn as a red meat substitute, 3 balanced meals a day, lots of iron and keep active. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't but eating healthy makes your body run smoother.

  • @MissKaylaMarie000 i read somewhere that birth control is not good for pcos but I do not think they really know for sure about anything pertaining with disease...however I took birth control for a year and when I stopped taking it, my cycle stayed regular... but the heaviness of the flow is now astronomical. I've dealt with pcos since i was 16 and am now 37. I lead a normal active life, have a great guy, and no children. Life is sweet so don't let pcos scare you!

  • I have PCOS! In addition, I had cervical polyps, menorrhagia (heavy vaginal bleeding) and uterine fibroids. I had 3 surgeries to remove my fibroids. I am only 31 yrs. old. A couple of months ago, I was bleeding for over months straight. I can bleed for one month, two or more. I try to stay positive with all of these medical conditions!

  • you guys dont let this beat you...we can beat it :) dont let this bring you down nor make u depressed...

  • One question, can you have PCOS and be very thin and not be able to put on weight? I am 5'4" and 105 lb. and have all the other symptons, ovarian cyst, acne, hair lost, irregular menstruation, hair on weird places. I hope I can control all these with a new diet....thanks for the video!

  • @vicky1220 Hi there, my name is Anna I am 27 years old I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 12. I am 5'2 and the biggest I ever got was 110 Lbs. I have excess hair on my arms and I have to wax it all the time. If I am not on birth control pills my skin breaks out thanks to PCOS! Birth control pills is the best for PCOS. Exercise, cut sugar, eat as healthy as you can and take birth control pills. I hope this helps. I wish you the best of luck! I know how you feel TRUST ME!! :) God Bless you!

  • I know it can be very hard but u keep on fighting and don't give up and spread the word and rise arwness we can overcome PCOS..don't let beat you ...u can beat it . stay strong and never give up!! :)

  • I have PCOS and I'm only 16...I'm using metaformin ((a type of diabetes medication)) and birth control as my treatment...It's very painful. And it's very hard to live in this way because you have to stick to a very strict diet of green vegies, and protein.

  • Wild yam cream or progesterone cream from a naturopath will quickly assist rebalancing yr hormones.

Estrogen dominance is the cause of PCOS.

Using Neways products which are without SLS, Propylene Glycol, Parabens etc, are essential as these chemicals mimic estrogen.. All the above food must be ORGANIC otherwise pesticides & herbicides cause xs estrogen

raw food is better as cooking destroys nutrients..

Plastic also mimics estrogen & imbalance hormones

so avoid it's use as often as possible

  • U will Be it going hard...They Have Comled and metfromed..and IVF..the cheap way is the pills..well idk what med insure u have..But ...there is no cure for PCOS . I am trying to fight for a cure for a cure.I think we all need to washington and ask for a cure!! But all u can do is ..eat right and excuse. i am sorry sweetie. i wish there is a cure. :( But there is no cure:( all u can spread the word. so other ppl know . and they can help find a cure. and take care of ur self ,and keep ur head up!!

  • I havent had a normal period since i was 13 Im 18 now and I want to know what is wrong with me I had a cyst rupture once and was in the ER that was the most painful thing I ever had happen to me. they said i had minor PCOS. Since then my Gyno just tells me to be on Birth control pills to regulate my period. No one will actually help me fix the problem they just cover it up. I want a family one day! I want a period a real one I cry hoping one day i will have the chance to carry a child of my own.

  • @SaphiraAir You will believe me when I say this! ;) But there are pills you can also take to help you such as clomid and metaphormin. My girlfriend took them and little Bella is 2 years old now :) Some women with PCOS get lucky and get pregnant others have to go through these pills. I am 27 years old and I was 12 when I was diagnosed. I have excess hair on my arms and if I don't wax them ignorant people make fun of me and they are clueless that I have PCOS.

  • @SaphiraAir Don't be hard on yourself it is not your fault. God's delay is not God's denial! :)

  • great video i no how you all feel i was diagnosed when i was 16 im now 21 and thats all my doctor say is LOSE WEIGHT!! im sick of it! noone understands its so upsetting it just makes me depressed its on my mind 24/7 :'(

  • @missbeccaxxx Do not be depressed! Keep your chin up... I am the opposite I have always been too skinny and I have PCOS. However, if you do lose weight it will decrease your chances of getting diabetes and increase your chances to get pregnant someday! :)

I tried the metformin but it didnt work for me so I gave it up and have so much weight gain because of pcos that it just drives me mad and makes me crave sugar & carbs like mad.

I wish that there was more on this to bring doctors awareness to help the problem more for us sufferers.

  • jeez,i hope i dont have this even tho i dont have any symptoms(im using my bro's account btw) and its seems very scary...

  • I know it can be hard to have pcos ...I had my stuggles though when i wasa a teen..i was 17 when i knew something was wrong..and it took me years to find a dr that told me that i have pcos..i think they should find a cure..i was tellin a friend the other day..that ppl that have Pcos..should go to washingtion and protest to find a cure. instad giving us brith conrtol. there be something mre out than brith conrtorl

  • i had pcos since may last year i dont receive any support from my family they dnt understand and think im making something out off nothing. my doctors dnt help i just get told to lose weight no medical advise sometimes i feel very alone.

  • thankssss i have pcos since i was 16 now im 21

  • I think all women should get tested...i wish the world would warn ppl abput Pcos..i think when they there check up they should ask the Dr to be tested for Pcos . that way if you do have it..they give you meds for it ....it kinda pissed me off is..the only med they have for Pcos Is birth contorl...why don't they for all the sytmes not just one . like the hair grow..and the sleepness..and having troble sleeping..and everything
