I hate the transformation scenes ni this. Total shit, but the first werewolf attack was really good. The costume is pretty neat because its reminicant of the Howling, while more wolflike, but the nose looked funny and the animaitronics were bad.

Gotta say, I read the short graphic novel this was based on and liked it. Try to imagine Stephen King actually writing something that is quick and easy to read. So naturally I wanted to see the movie. Since that time, I ignore that a movie was made and stick to the book.

Busey was actually pretty tame in this one... so sad to see such a talented actor (see the Buddy Holly Story) crash so fast.

I watched this film last night, it's pretty shitty, the werewolf is not very well done, but the cast, the dad's grief stricken outcry and the scene were the whole church turns into werewolves makes this recommended.

As for the preacher being better than Bennet from Commando...........ure on some bad pills!

Other than that top review, well done.
